Musicians

The Santa Cruz County Youth Symphony is directed by
Maestro John Larry Granger

The members of the Santa Cruz County Youth Symphony are some of the finest young musicians on the Central Coast. They range from from 8 to 20 years old. They receive expert training from conductor Larry Granger as well as from visiting professional musicians. Many have gone on to study music at prestigious universities and colleges nationwide.

If you are proficient in an orchestral instrument and are under 20 years old, you are eligible to try out for the symphony.
